  1. As fellows, you should be well aware of the situation in the hostel without students coming to you. Please do something about the loud music and loud gathering of Indian students right outside B1 every other night. Sometimes they create such a racket that we can't sleep, and at times they appear to be drunk. They sometimes gather in the left ground unit as you enter B1 which they also sell cigarettes from. And every day, evening or night, they blast extremely loud music until late night from B1-2F-U3 and the speakers can be seen from outside.

Most students keep quiet and don't complain because these guys are the same ones with the gang behavior who have carried out a few fights this semester. Have a couple of undercover policemen hang around every few nights. These Indian students will not notice and they can easily get caught and expelled. This reflects truly on UNISEL and news such as gang behavior in a university will prevent parents from sending their children to UNISEL.
